Making an impact
Loneliness Awareness Week 2026
About the campaign
Launched by Marmalade Trust in 2017, Loneliness Awareness Week is a global campaign dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness and creating supportive communities by having open, honest conversations.
Loneliness is a feeling most of us will experience - but stigma stops us from talking about it and prevents us from facing it together. That’s why the campaign tagline for Loneliness Awareness Week 2026 was Giving Loneliness A Voice. By talking about loneliness openly we can reduce stigma and build more compassionate, connected communities.
