Get ready for Loneliness Awareness Week 2026 - download resources, prepare social media content and add your activities to the connections map!

Explore lesson plans, assemblies and resources for learners EYFS to 16+.

In 2025 more than 6,000 activities were added to the Connections Map. Only events added can be promoted as part of the campaign.

 

Simply make an account and upload your events - whether it's a coffee morning, book club, art workshop, share an orange activity or Connection Corner.

 

Once added, check out the resources to help promote the campaign and create connections.​
