 Resources for Schools

For Loneliness Awareness Week 2026, schools and youth settings are invited to explore the theme Acceptance: Giving Loneliness a Voice, using simple activities that help young people understand loneliness and build connection in supportive ways.

Two simple ways to take part

  1. Awareness Assembly: Deliver a themed 15-minute assembly introducing Acceptance and the idea that loneliness is more than being alone. Finish with a shared orange moment.

  2. Deeper Learning Approach: Start with the assembly, build understanding through age-appropriate classroom lessons during the week, and finish with a shared orange moment.
