Why Connection Matters and How We’re Helping
Menopause is often spoken about in terms of hot flushes, hormone changes, and sleepless nights, but one symptom that doesn’t get enough attention is loneliness. For many women, the journey through perimenopause and beyond can feel isolating, especially when friends or colleagues don’t fully understand what they’re going through. Whether it’s due to changes in relationships, reduced confidence, or simply feeling “out of sync” with the world, loneliness during menopause is real and it matters.
That’s why, during Loneliness Awareness Week, we’re highlighting the importance of connection and offering a variety of free, welcoming events to help women feel seen, heard, and supported.

PeerConnect – Because You Shouldn’t Go Through This Alone
PeerConnect is our peer-to-peer matching service, designed to bring women together who are looking for understanding and connection. Launching Monday 9th June 2025
Tea, Wine & Talk – An Evening to Connect, Chat & Unwind
Grab a glass of wine or a warm cup of tea and join us for a relaxed virtual gathering. Tea, Wine & Talk is a friendly hour-long meet-up via Teams, offering conversation, comfort, and connection with other women who get it.

The Wellness Circle – Share, Reflect, and Feel Supported

Pause & Stroll – Walk & Talk with Hazel Hayden
Sometimes, the best conversations happen while walking side by side. Join our founder and Women’s Health Specialist, Hazel Hayden, for a friendly Walk & Talk.
Saturday 14th June at 10am.
Why This Matters
Loneliness during menopause can amplify feelings of anxiety, low mood, and disconnection. But it doesn’t have to be that way. By creating safe, welcoming spaces online and in person we’re making sure no woman has to feel alone in her journey.
This Loneliness Awareness Week, we invite you to step into community with us. Whether through a virtual chat, a shared walk, or sitting in circle with others, you are not alone.
