Who doesn’t love free stuff?! We certainly do.
At Marmalade Trust, we rely on donations to do the work we do in helping those experiencing loneliness, and reducing the stigma attached to the L-word.
It’s hugely important to us that the donations we gratefully receive are spent very wisely. So, as a small charity, we try to take advantage of all the help and support we can get.
We’ve been so fortunate to be hosted by Framework, a vibrant co-working space in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in the centre of Bristol. We’ve been lucky enough to have a dedicated area to work from for free whilst we run two campaigns this year.
The co-working space is an inspiring spot to work, and their friendly host makes use of every opportunity to encourage connection and get people together – vital for anyone working independently or as part of a start-up. It is fantastic to see a forward-thinking organisation supporting smaller local charities where it can.
We’ve particularly appreciated the unlimited barista coffee, which has certainly kept us focused during our planning meetings! A huge thank you to Framework.
