More ways to take part in Loneliness Awareness Week

Hosted by leading loneliness charity Marmalade Trust, Loneliness Awareness Week (9-15 June) is a week dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness. It's all about creating supportive communities by having open, honest conversations. Loneliness is a natural human emotion - we are hardwired to need social connections. By talking about it, we can support ourselves and others.

Thousands of people across the UK and globally will be joining together to take part in Loneliness Awareness Week. The Connections Map is already full of activities to try out during the week, organised by 100s of organisers across the UK and globally.

Below, we’ve highlighted five things to take part in. Check out the map website and our social media for more!
